The ceremony to celebrate laying the foundation stone for the new Adret Pont-Rouge neighbourhood, situated near the Praille-Acacias-Vernets area, took place on Tuesday 29th August 2017. A new neighbourhood with numerous accommodations is to be built, with the first stage being completed by the end of 2019!

As part of a consortium with the offices of Lopes&Périnet and In Situ, we shall complete 200 apartments for the Contractor of lots B + C. They will include the following:
- 4 buildings for the FPLC “Fondation pour la promotion du logement bon marché et de l’habitat coopératif » (Foundation for the Promotion of Affordable and Cooperative Housing) of 96 PPE apartments (PPE = storey-ownership housing)
- 1 building for the FNB (Nicolas Bogueret Foundation) with 39 lots for people completing their studies
- 1 building for Cooplog Pont Rouge with 64 subsidised apartments.
